I had laproscopic gall bladder surgery 2 weeks ago. The evening after surgery, my blood pressure dropped drastically. I ended up in ICU for a couple nights where I had 2 blood transfusions. I stayed in hospital a couple more days after ICU before I came home. When I good home, I realized my entire right side is black and blue. I know there can be a litte bruising after the surgery, but has anybody had this much? The doctor doesn't seem concerned about it. He said it will go away in a couple weeks.
I had the same surgery done two years ago with no complications at all and no bruising to talk of... my scars healed fast too... Everyone is different but Ive not heard from anyone whos had this of what your going through .. good luck..
