20 Most Diverse Counties in the US:
01 Queens, NY (New York City)
02 Alameda, CA (Bay Area)
03 Fort Bend, TX (Houston Metropolitan Area)
04 Kings, NY (New York City)
05 Robeson, NC (Raleigh-Durham Metropolitan Area)
06 Hudson, NJ (New York Metropolitan Area)
07 New York, NY (New York City))
08 Harris, TX (Houston Metropolitan Area)
09 Los Angeles, CA
10 Dallas, TX
11 San Francisco, CA
12 Solano, CA (Bay Area)
13 Santa Clara, CA (Bay Area)
14 Cook, IL (Chicago)
15 Essex, NJ (New York Metropolitan Area)
16 San Joaquin, CA (Bay Area)
17 Bronx, NY (New York City)
18 San Mateo, CA (Bay Area)
19 San Bernardino, CA (Los Angeles Metropolitan Area)
20 Fresno, CA

Counties that are more than 10% Non-Hispanic White, Black, Hispanic, and Asian:
1) Alameda County, CA (population 1.4 million)
2) Solano County, CA (population 400,000)
3) Sacramento County, CA (population 1.4 million)
4) Montgomery County, MD (population 950,000)
5) Hudson County, NJ (population 600,000)
6) Middlesex County, NJ (population 770,000)
7) New York County, NY (population 1.5 million)
8) Queens County, NY (population 2.2 million)
9) Fort Bend County, TX (population 500,000)

Counties that have 3 groups over 20% of the population:
01) Alameda County, CA (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
02) San Mateo County, CA (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
03) Santa Clara County, CA (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
04) Broward County, FL (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
05) Cook County, IL (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
06) Wyandotte County, KS (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
07) Cumberland County, NJ (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
08) Union County, NJ (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
09) Queens County, NY (Asians, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
10) Robeson County, NC (Native Americans, Black, N-H Whites)
11) Dallas County, TX (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)
12) Fort Bend County, TX (Blacks, Hispanics, N-H Whites)

Out of the 3,057 counties there are in the United States, there are only 3 that meet the criteria of having 4 groups over 10% of the population AND with 3 of those being 20% of the population. Using the formulaic approach of figuring out which is the mathematically most diverse:

Fort Bend County, TX: 39.8% N-H White, 23.6% Hispanic, 20.4% Black, 14.4% Asian (score = .724)
Queens County, NY: 30.8% N-H White, 26.4% Hispanic, 21.3% Asian, 18.1% Black (score = .757)
Alameda County, CA: 37.1% N-H White, 24.4% Asian, 21.4% Hispanic, 12.6% Black (score = .741)

So Queens takes this one in terms of racial diversity, followed closely by Alameda County, then Fort Bend County.

Only 3 Counties in the entire country meet the criteria of:

1. Non Hispanic Whites, Asians, Blacks and Hispanics account for 10%+ of their tota population.

2. At least 3 of those groups account for at least 20% each of the total population.

And Fort Bend County is one of them (one of the three).

TOP 11 LIST OF MOST DIVERSE METROPOLITAN AREAS IN TERMS OF RACIAL GROUPS (out of the top 11 populated metro areas):
01) San Francisco (.687)
02) Houston (.676)
03) Los Angeles (.664)
04) Miami (.663)
05) Dallas (.618)
06) Chicago (.605)
07) Washington (.604)
08) Atlanta (.599)
09) New York (.595)
10) Philadelphia (.494)
11) Boston (.346)

There are only 4 Metropolitan Areas in the United States of America that are Minority-Majority and Houston is one of those 4, the others are Los Angeles, Bay Area, & Miami-Fort Lauderdale.

Here are maps on integration.

Houston:

Atlanta:

Chicago:

New York:

Bay Area:

Los Angeles:

Only one of those are more "integrated" than Houston, and that is the Bay Area in California. Otherwise Houston is more integrated than all of them overall.

Thank you for reading. Have a great night!

They don't have any data on that on the US Government's Census Information Website. They seem to just lump it in with each other for some reason.

I am dying to know the official information on the Nigerian, Ethiopian, Kenyan, South African, & among others and what their numbers look like for the nationalities. But I don't know where to get it from.

That ain't right! LOL! Seriously, every black person isn't an African American! We need a breakdown too! I know that compared to other races, it's kind of hard to distinguish black people: you can't tell an African American from a Jamaican American or a black person from Alabama from a modernied Nigerian American.

The US Census is retarded, they lump people from the Middle East (Asia) from countries like Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, & others are "Caucasian". My friend gets so ticked off all the time when he has to answer questions about his race and stuff because he says "Asian" because the Middle East is apart of Asia, and they classify it as "Caucasian" either way.

I'll try to find the information either way. I am sure someone out there has to have it, somewhere.
