I read the new Metro program will charge $1.25 for 2 hours. Metro wants to make these bikes another form of transit. I’ve only seen people on these bikes for leisure. We’ll see how things work out.

Those using BCycles to get to work regularly would probably buy the $25 monthly pass.

Yeah - I have to think they were doing that while the organization's finances were shaky (I doubt the shakiness happened all at once). I suspect some poor decisionmaking and lack of truth telling was going on.
