So now let's go back to my original statement that you are disputing. Not ALL illegal aliens commit crimes. Several do not use stolen identification and commit document fraud. You and Packard fan are quite mistaken if you think they all do.
Now let's go back to what you said:
This is not true in the US. It may be a crime in your country, but not in the United States.
Malamute is a citizen of the U.S. so what are you talking about? If they are working in this country then they are either committing the felony of using a stolen or fake ID/SS number or they are working under the table and evading taxes. If they aren't working then what are they doing in this country?
It is a violation of our federal immigration laws to come here illegally no matter how much you try to play that down.
If I got my wish every person who hires an illegal, supports an illegal, aids or abets an illegal would find themselves a victim of the typical illegal crimes such as ID theft/ fraud. Their vehicle damaged by an unlicensed and uninsured illegal.

There are some not engaging in felony identification theft and felony document fraud and they possibly aren't driving on our roads uninsured and unlicensed. Some of these are working as unlicensed contractors and a miniscule number are reporting that income or paying any income or social security taxes on all that cash under the table. And all the rest are living off welfare handouts, prostitution, drug trafficking and other criminal activities. Almost zero illegals coming in are independently wealthy, virtually all are coming to get money which requires definite crime or the government handouts which is even worse.
If she got her wish, she'd return from Peru WITH her mother who would suddenly get free treatment for her cancer.
You can bet that's what is her real goal. No one, no law is preventing her from going home and seeing her mother. With citizenship, she can bring her here for free taxpayer provided medical care.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – When the hunger headaches get strong, Lenka Mendoza focuses on why she is fasting and dreams of what she would do if she won the right to legally live and work in the U.S.: She would return to her home country, Peru, to hug her cancer-stricken mom.
Getting busted a 2nd time crossing the border IS a felony. Too; there's talk about changing the law to make a 1st time crossing by an illegal alien a felony.
You say some illegal aliens DON'T commit felonies. Then how do they live?
But it's not a felony right now.
They have friends and family that support them. Children are a good example of this. Children don't work.
If you think that all illegal immigrants commit crimes, you are greatly mistaken. Many do not commit crimes. that does not mean that they shouldn't be here... because they sure as hell shouldn't. But how about you guys stop making stuff up.
