From the article:

"Residents of bucolic Swanton, Vt. — a town of about 6,500 people located just across Lake Champlain from New York and about a 10-minute drive from the Canadian border — have been getting a troubling firsthand look at the US’s northern illegal-migrant crisis for months.

The town’s plentiful woods make the leafy hamlet an ideal spot for hunters — and also provide ample camouflage for smugglers, who have become so rampant that some locals are packing pistols to protect themselves and turning into amateur sleuths to help thwart them."

And this:

"That call to border officials soon became a regular event for Feeley, who began spotting groups of migrants on his automated trail camera with increasing frequency.

“The receptionists know it’s me when I call,” he said. “They’re like, ‘Oh, hey, Chris, how’s it going?’ and I’m like, ‘Hey, I had some more just walk by my camera, if you want to send the boys up there.’ “"

Good for the residents for being vigilant and working with the BP! However, I feel bad for them for having to deal with the BS day after day.

Yet, VT is a solid blue state. The majority voted for this.

So many of the liberals are one issue voters, so that sort of explains why they come short with their choices.

Anyone that wants to stop them, just follow Governor Abbott's as it proves that we can secure the border, as per the law, if we put in a little effort. No new laws or changes need to be made.

In the past, I have seen people in AZ near the border talking about this. If the empty suit is put in for another 4 years, we'll all have them crossing our property, sitting on our sidewalks, raping our children, drunk driving killing our families.........

I have to wonder, if the situation was reversed, and these people were entering Canada illegally, would the Canadian border police (CBSA) be as nonchalant about it? These border jumpers and their facilitators seem to have implicit approval at high levels of the Canadian government. So why is our State Department turning a blind eye?

Google Roxham Rd. Thousands crossed the border heading north a while back, 90% of them are still in Canada today.
