I find PHM schools to be highly overrated and mostly sought after due to the higher ratio of white and middle to upper middle class students attending their schools. Their recruiting practices in the athletics department gives them a huge advantage over all of the other schools in the region, so much so that only the Fort Wayne and Indianapolis schools can compete with them.
