I'm doing my own research through various websites dealing with
establishing and running a business in Florida. So I have some general
information. I would, however, like to read about actual experiences
of running a business in NE Florida.

Specifically, I'd like to hear from individuals that actually have and are
running a small Corporation or LLC in the area of NE Florida. The advantages/
disadvantages, headaches involved.

1.) How easy/hard is it to incorporate a company in NE Florida? Will I need
to file through a law firm or another company that incorporates? I believe
I can incorporate a company via some websites.

2.) Is a 1-person company (myself) allowed to incorporate?

3.) How restrictive/instrusive is the State of Florida, in terms of paper filings, etc.
Are there a lot of report filing requirements by the state?

4.) Does the State (or City) become intrusive or greedy enough that doing
business in NE Florida becomes a headache? For example, I've had my own corporation
in NJ since 1996. But as time went on, the state started getting too intrusive,
asking for a whole bunch of report, fees, etc... etc.. that I was spending more
and more time on paperwork, rather than growing the business. I just got tired
of it all and decided to dissolve the company last year. This is actually one
of the primary reasons I want to get out of NJ.

5.) What's the Tax Rate for small companies? Any tax incentives?

6.) Does a state of Florida require small companies (i.e. 1 or 2 person company)
to have/pay for Worker's comp? Unemployement Insurance? Million dollar bond?
Liability insurance?

7.) Do you need a physical office space to incorporate? Or is a home address
enough? PO Box (probably not, but might as well ask)?

8.) Does anyone know of any "gotcha's" that might come back to bite you later on
in the company's operation?

9.) Your Personal Opinion here: Advantages/Disadvantages of Incorporating a business in Florida, as opposed to Delaware or Nevada. I know about the
