Would it be offensive to religous Jews if I took a Hebrew Name for my handle? I love the Hebrew language and I'm tired of my current handle.
Actually, if I could change my name legally I would
I'm Jewish, and don't care if you take a Hebrew "handle"... after all, many non-Jews have Hebrew names in real life too! My given Hebrew name is Shulamit Tzivah, which translates to "Peace" and "Commandment" (of the Torah). The first name is after my Uncle Samuel (Shulamit is essentially the female equivalent of Schlomo, which is Hebrew for Samuel), who died a few weeks before I was born. Oh, and like OTR already said, you can change your handle by contacting Yac or markablue - though it looks like you already took care of it, unless I'm mistaken.
I'm not Jewish and I think your name looks just fine, looks real good on you.
