Is there really a Cedars Hill Farm in Whiting Kn? I ordered a product from them some weeks ago,which I have not received. To date they refuse to acknowledge emails I have sent inquiring about the order.

I have had several transactions in the past years with Cedars Hill Farms, with no complaints. Always good quality product and fine customer service. However, I have been trying to contact them recently to place a new order for mustache wax, and am not getting any response. I've also written them through the website, and called the number listed (which responds as out of service). I'm beginning to despair that perhaps they are out of business. If I learn more I'll post here.

Out of Business
I've tried several times to contact them without success. The web site is down, as is the telephone. Pity, because their moustache wax is a good product, when you can get it delivered. I've had a couple of late deliveries, but never to the extent of having to contact the BBB -- although others have.

It's been a while since my earlier comment (near 5 years). But anyway, I think it can be confirmed that Cedar Hills Farms is out of business. However, if any of the other posters here were looking for Cedar Hill in order to get some mustache wax, I'd recommend they try Oregon Wild Hair. That's where I get mine now, and they have excellent product and service.
