Utility rates vary across the state from provided to provider, so you're going to have to narrow it down a bit.

I can tell you the the WKRECC are bill for the first 800 kWh per month at 10.196 cents per kWh and additional kWh per month at 9.465 cents per kWh

Which I think is to high as I energy come from hydroelectric. Last I checked water and gravity are free.

"Kentucky Utilities" is the name of a specific provider, Dave, just clarifying.

I'm sorry I should have been specific, KU (Kentucky Utilities) has a rate case that is being heard by the PCS in Frankfort today. They had asked for a 2% increase, but now it looks like it will result in a 0.60 decrease.

Most people would be fairly happy about this type of news.

What?? No KU in western KY? That's rather odd...

I just checked their website, they have an office as far west as Barlow. So apparently they do exist out there.

I'm not in Eddieville in fact I'm a long way from it we have WKRECC (West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation.) where I'm at ... I don't know what other electric companies are around here since I don't do business with them.

So! I don't live there either ... do you have a point?

Kentucky Utilities is rather generic, it could mean utilities in KY.
