Could anyone here direct me to any good 1 bedroom/bathroom apartments in the area? It seems as though I can only find 2 bedroom apartments.

depends on what area you are looking for? Kingsport Johnson City or Bristol. I know of a few 1 BR that i have lived before that might fit depending on where you want to live.

If you're doing Johnson City I think some Evergreen apartments are 1/1. They're on the south side, actually about 1/4 mile from where I live . There are also some on up, past the JCMC towards North JC that are efficiency, but they're all reaaaaally crappy. Not sure of their names, but they're sort of behind McDonalds/Waffle House.

i live in evergreen apts, the large 1 br is $460.....650 sq feet, its clean for the price but its all etsu kids like myself and we like to party and get a lil loud to tell you the truth.also the darn apt people are in my place like once a week spraying for bugs, dropping off bills, trying to paint and whatever else. they knock once and just let themselves right in.it is very clean and alot nicer than anything else in the area.also has a train that runs about 50 yards from the apts,so if you like to get drunk, get loud and party and love trains and dont care about privacy, come on down!

Haha you just described the experience perfectly. I live in Willow Creek so we're neighbors!

Default There are some in Gray....

I have seen a sign in Gray for 1 BR apartments. After you get off the interstate...turn left.....go maybe 1/4 mile and there is a sign pointing off to the right that says 1 BR apartments. It might also be a Century 21 sign....I'm not sure, but I've just noticed it the last couple months or so.

You might look for some cool, smaller homes - maybe in Elizabethton?
