I've met at least ten doctors here, in five years. Everyone of them talked to me like I was a peer and was kind and patient. My primary care physician has a triage nurse that needs to find another career, but she is one among countless nice medical staff that I have encountered.

This thread is quite old now, but I am finalizing decisions on our move to TN in July of this year. We were settled on Nashville, but have recently been weighing more toward Knoxville area. We are coming down the end of March and all these comments have been super helpful.

The OP hasn't logged on in over 4 years and never posted in the Knoxville forum other than this thread 11 years ago. The OP's most recent posts were all in the Pittsburgh forum. It looks like he never did move to Knoxville, or if he did, it wasn't for long.
