Lake in the Sky… off the foothills parkway and the center of the Top of the Sky community… Is it a public access lake? We’d love to kayak there. If it is public where do we put in? Thank you very much!

I've been by many times.... it's in Happy Valley. Not sure about parking.... you should probably check. I do know some of the lakes are private. You might/could try kayaking (up) Abrams Creek where it enters Chilhowee Lake US 129 or better yet kayak (down) from the Abrams Creek campground to the lake.

I looked into this also and that lake appears to be private. I drove in there and didn't see any public parking.
