stations such as santa fe station are casinos. They're owned by station casinos. They own quite a few casinos in Las Vegas and they specialize in the local market.

Yes - It is a very robust job market. Note that beginning positions are biased against non-locals. Though with an MBA it is just like anywhere else. With a BA and a marketing major you will have little trouble finding lots of employment.

Vegas has a good job market when comes to working in advertising or marketing. I worked in that field there for several years (actually worked for some big name companies in those departments). The pay is good too for that field there. You shouldn't have a problem finding a good job in marketing. All the casinos hire people to work in the marketing departments, as do advertising agencies, the shows, etc.
