Hi all. Well, we thought we had nailed down an area and a home build in East Las Vegas but thanks to insane new home builder growth Harmony Homes has gone up almost $10k in four months, and we are being priced out.

We are looking further north, like WAY north, at Century Communities as a builder. Looking for input on the builder and potentially the area if anyone is living locally in that part of town. The development is east of Centennial and Lamb (Ridgefield is community name). I checked crimemap and pretty quiet up there. Only potential issues I see so far are noise from aircrafts and possibly the trains but the development is far enough west I think? Thoughts? Input? Thank you!!!
