In the screen shot below, note how to search for houses that have the criteria $700K max, 4 Bedrooms, and NO HOA.
Regarding being close to amenities, it kind of depends which amenities to which you refer. Some people want to be close to an equestrian park; others might want to be within 15 minutes of The Strip, still others within 10 minutes of the Airport, etc etc etc.
