What size - how many square feet, how many bedrooms/bathrooms, garage spots.

Do you want to be in a 55+ age restricted community?

NO 55+ (younger demographic the better)

All dead minimums:

If it were not for the view desires, I’d recommend Green Valley…. But you can find view houses w/i 30 min to all your list in parts of Centennial Hills, Inspirada, and Seven Hills. Lone Mountain has new construction with beautiful views, but the drive to the airport is probably more like 40 minutes. Summerlin also has some nice view houses, but also about 40 min to the airport.

Here’s one: https://www.realtor.com/realestatean...=srp-list-card

Also, beautiful views in Lake Las Vegas; about 30 min to airport and 40 min to Strip.

There are a lot of new homes being built in the hills above Green Valley in Henderson. They would check all of the boxes except I'm sure they're over a million. Might be worth checking out though.
