Thank you for asking the right questions about legal entry to the USA. We are certainly a melting pot here and we 99 percent of the time welcome new arrivals. Many of us are tired of our laws being broken and our social systems strained to the max and our police officers/ border guards shot at and even killed. I think somewhere on this board there is a post regarding crimes against Americans commited by illegals. That is sobering. We hope you make your journey soon.
How could I stay there (for the rest of my life), without a citizenship?
I don't really like other English-speaking countries. (except for Canada, but I like US better)
While the procedures are a pain, in the end, nothing good (i.e. citizenship in a real nation) comes cheaply. Canadian citizenship comes much more cheaply than American citizenship.

After I'll finish high school and university - will I have to leave US to get H1b or J1 visa?
It depends on what kind of visa you came here on. For F visas, there are typically some grace period where you have time to find a job that can sponsor you. J visas you typically have to go home for 2 years after your done with your degree.
