Is this a decent place to live? I see a lot of for sale signs and there are some foreclosures in the area. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Very nice suburban area.

I do not live in the area but at one time I was looking. Its a great neighborhood but has high taxes (at least it seemed 10 years ago). I still have friends not too far (up Plymouth Drive) who I visit from time to time and I would say that Jericho Turnpike has gotten alot more built up in just the last 10 years.

Also I must admit I love the hilly terrain in the area!
