I have seen home in Gardena that were selling for under $300,000. I would bet you could find some in Compton for even less.

I was going to say the same. Read all the posts from 2007. Seems their is always someone resurecting these old threads. Since the conversation has started again I am thinking that plenty of homes are affordable now comared to back in 2007.
