Canoga Park has a growing Indian population. There are many Indian stores and restarants opening.

i'm not aware that there is a concentration of asian indians in culver city, but there are a number of indian commericial establishments around pico and fairfax, just south of little ethiopia. you could probably find out more about the local indian communities by patronizing one or more of those businesses and chatting with the proprietors. (take 10E from santa monica, exit fairfax, go north to pico. park and walk around.)
