Hello I have a couple of questions, this is all for Los Angeles City, Los Angeles County.

1) how many sheds are you legally able to have if they are under 120 sq ft if you have a single family residence?

2) how many sheds are legally able to have if it's multi family property? (4 unit, 5 unit)

I emailed tough shed and they told me I can have 2 for the multi family but I wasn't sure about single family residence.

I have a large concrete relatively empty lot (3000 sq ft +) for the single family residence and I was thinking about putting 2 sheds there (all under 120 sq ft)

There is a guy I know in Northridge that has a lot aprox 110'x 80' and he has (at last count 4 years ago) 8 sheds on the property.
Obviously not legal.
Drove by the property a month ago, and they are still there.
