I never missed his show when it was on Saturdays, guarooontee! Yes, I sometimes look him up on YouTube. I often use his method of measuring a teaspoon of salt.

Justin Wilson was an overnight staple of trucker oriented WWL in New Orleans, which apparently had its transmitter "anchored" so well that you could pick it up all along the Eastern Seaboard. The late-night DJ in the early Seventies was a gent who went by the air name of Charlie Douglas; he had his own collection of yarns from his younger days in Ludowici, GA.

I loved watching Justin Wilson with my mother! We watched every week. He was so entertaining. The only thing I hated was that I couldn't have a bite of what he cooked.

He used to be on Alabama Public Television as well. I watched him many times as a kid.

I loved watching his show when I lived down in Gulfport MS, in the 80's-90's. He was quite the character, and I loved his accent.
