Is there a place in or near Louisville for some one to retire on a limited income? Preferably not real high property taxes if possible. Doesn't have to be right in town. Thanks

Yes....have you looked at Shepherdsville or Mt Washington, KY? Beautiful and very affordable suburbs, only 30 mins or so to downtown Louisville.

Also look in immediate Louisville areas such as Highview, Fern Creek, and Jeffersontown.

If you value schools for grandkids, look at Crestwood, Prospect, and La Grange, KY.
