I don’t mind running outside and I can do sit-ups and push ups fine but I need weights to work with.

Ever seen Rocky IV?

Work with what you can manage, you will be fine. There are far bigger fish to fry right now.

So were the ones in Maryland-two days ago, now they aren't. Don't count on that situation in Virginia continuing.

Helpmeout, I feel your pain. A buddy of mine had a slip-and-fall and broke his left wrist. He couldn't use his left hand for several weeks but kept working out with the other. It was in the middle of summer and his right-side biceps grew an inch and a half bigger than the left. I know that for sure because we checked it twice a week with a special measuring tape. Once the doctors removed the cast we went to the beach dressed in T-shirts and jeans and all the girls were laughing at him. He was devastated. PLease don't let something like that happen to you.

I hate to say I told you so but, I told you so.

Ya know, not going to the gym might be an opportunity for you to talk to a girl or something.

My life has been dedicated to fitness since I’m applying for a new career that requires extra strength and agility. I don’t want to start losing everything I’m working towards.

I have been talking to this nice girl at a store that works there but she’s 18 and I’m 25 but she does seem more mature then the other girl I was talking to before who was 23 that didn’t work out and I still care for her sadly. This girl reminds me a little bit of that girl. She also tells me she has lots of guy friends just like the other girl did .
