We'll see what comes out of the investigation, but my gut tells me this was a cash grab gone wrong. That areas generally safe, but thanks a few variables it occasionally draws opiate addicts who are inclined to make terribly destructive decisions. Even if more legal stores were open, it would do little to prevent this seeing as the victim was 18 as he'd be buying black market regardless.

It's a smart way to claw back some of the money that flows into Connecticut due to the insurance and financial services industries. It'll probably be temporary though. I imagine CT will make weed legal at some point in the near future. That state can't afford not to do it.

Disclaimer: Born, raised, educated, No longer a Massachusetts Resident. No longer live in the New England states. Going on almost one year now. Saw this drug map recently, never realized how drugged up people are in Mass. and in the New England States. Got my bets on Massachusetts to be the first state to legalize Heroin.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass. You'll find something to be hysterical about where ever you have landed.
