These protests were due to a specific incident and not out of any 'solidarity' with what's been happening in the United States, though some protests were inspired from the American protests.

I have my doubts about this protests, I think they are infiltrated people to create chaos.

Should be protesting cartel brutality.

If Mexicans protested/rioted/looted as hard against the Cartels as Americans do against a nothing burger, Cartels be running away.

Not really. Instead of running away, cartels would mass kill the protester and plunge Mexico into a true war. Eh, no thanks. Plus, most Mexicans pay zero taxes to cartels. On the otherhand, every single public police officer receives wages from the Mexican taxpayer.

Actually this is a good thing for Mexico and way past due.

I find it way more believable than what goes on in America. I've had first hand experiences with police in Mexico and it is extremely frightening because you don't know where they are coming fromm .Anything goes. I find with American cops you can be polite and for the most part get through without any issues IF you keep your mouth shut and go along with it at least until you see your lawyer.

Don't resist arrest and take mental notes of EVERYTHING. Most importantly SHUT UP IE. Remain Silent.

And those cops likely receive kickbacks from the Cartels too
