Hi, we are relocating to the milwaukee area due to a job transfer. I would appreciate any recommendation for an apartment complex in the brookfield or new berlin area since I heard they have good schools since we have 2 kids. We are planning to rent for 6-12 months before we buy a house. I am looking for a 2 bedrooms with good management company. I am open to look in other areas if there is newer apartments and the schools are good. Thanks.

When we first moved to the area we rented a townhouse in Waukesha for the first year. We then bought in Pewaukee. My son was not school age until Pewaukee so I don't personally know the schools in Waukesha. However the boarder area between Brookfield and Waukesha would be fine at least for that first year before you decide ultimately where you want to locate long term.

Most of Milwaukee's suburbs are safe and have very good schools. If proximity to work is important, I'd start with that.
