It's going to be difficult to find crime stats on individual neighborhoods. Zip codes or census tracts might be easier but using any government website is like a blind man looking for a needle in a haystack.
So I will use my "Milwaukee Knowledge" to make an educated assessment of the areas you asked about.
Park West
Metcalf Park
North Division
Harambe
Mitchell Street
Lincoln Village
Is the order I would put them in as far as most dangerous. I listen to my police scanner a lot and I can tell you that the north side neighborhoods see way more violent calls and most south side calls are domestic disputes. I admit during the day the only neighborhood I would be worried about going into would be Metcalf Park/Park West. I don't worry too much during the day when I am in any of the other neighborhoods, I'm just more aware of my surroundings. As for Lincoln Village and Mitchell street since that is my old neighborhood I don't feel worried at all. However at night I am a little more cautious. No south side neighborhood would ever prevent me from visiting or living their maybe it's b/c I grew up their and still travel the side streets on a daily basis. Gangs on the north side are much more violent and you have more individuals that are wack jobs. The south side gangs historically will leave you alone unless you are a rival gang member for that fact I don't worry any where on the south side. Besides spend some time in Bed Stuy in Brooklyn and anywhere on the near north side seems like a country club.
Growing up on the Northside I can vouch that a lot more crime happens all over up there. Most the neighborhoods that are the worst werent even listed by you. The thing is that projects and hoods are so spread out across Milwaukee that its hard to tell, most likely you'll find out when you made that wrong turn, but n.e. ways heres thw worst and why:
1.Metcalfe Park-Plenty Gangs, was even featured on Gangland
2.Westlawn-Housing projects near 60th & Silver Spring
3.North Meadows-Hood near 95th & Brown Deer
4.Burleigh St. and center-From 27th on down, Theres a reason its called Burleigh Zoo
5.Sherman Park
6.Vallhalia-Near 92nd and SilverSpring. Home to the N.W. Bloods. A lot of people on Milwaukees most wanted lived there.
7.Bender Block & Grantosa-Plenty hmong gangs, M.O.B. gang and Asian Crips
8.Hillside-Projects on 6th st near downtown

Sherman Park, why would you rank it so high?
And what area do you mean by "Bender Block"? Near Mill Rd.?
