RIP MMA, RIP UFC, their best lost and now it's all over, the MMA gimmick has been exposed by Floyd Mayweather, Jon Jones is a cheater whose career is over and Conor took his place but now that he got TKO the UFC doesn't have anyone else now, it's all over for them now, time to watch a REAL combat sport, I always liked Muay Thai and Kickboxing the best compared to other fighting disciplines, What are the most popular muay thai and kickboxing organizations right now?

PEDs are always looming in the background with MMA and other sports. Cycling is still popular enough to sustain an industry even with decades of history with all types of PEDs. Why would the latest Jon Jones failed tests change that?

The UFC seems to have established enough of a fan base to continue on, even with fighters getting popped left and right.

As far as being "exposed" by Mayweather, how? All it proved was that a 40 year old 49-0 former multiple belt holder is still a better boxer, and 8 oz gloves make it hard to knock someone out. The gloves are big enough to use as effective shields.

In the long run though can the sport keep its appeal now that it's owned by a corporation? Some people say the product is already too diluted with too many events throughout the year.

You are delusional

The UFC sent a top guy into another sport, he stood toe to toe for 10 rounds with one of the best ever in that sport. Conor was not/is not a boxing specialist but he went into the very specialized sport of boxing with minimal training against a 49-0 fighter.

You're an idiot if you think this exposes anything to do with the sport of mma or the UFC.

Move on with your ridiculous comments, even the most diehard boxing fans think you're comments are dumb.

Ok......

Remember how lopsided that boxing match looked in favor of Mayweather? Even though he was not able to actually knock McGregor out, or even put him on the canvas once?

I want you to imagine Floyd and Conor in a UFC Octagon under UFC rules. Understand that Conor would be able to end that fight at any moment that he pleased, as would 90% of the UFC fighters in Floyd's weight class (and I'm being conservative there).

Maybe he would just walk up and high kick Floyd in the neck and drop him.

Maybe he would kick one of Floyd's legs until it gave out, force a clinch, take Floyd to the ground, mount him and slam elbows and hammer fists into his face and head until the ref drags him away.

Maybe he would take Floyd's back and strangle him unconscious.

Go to Youtube and look up James Tony vs Randy Couture to get an idea of how it would go.

Floyd did not expose anything. The boxer will win a boxing match, the UFC fighter will win an MMA fight. If Floyd truly believed he could beat Conor inside an Octagon like he has spouted off many times, it would have been booked a long time ago, there is way too much money to be made for him to not do it. He knows perfectly well, that he would not only lose, but would be putting himself at risk of extremely serious injury or even death.

Lol you guys seriously do t understand the Mayweather fight was a work? This is friggin hilarious.

I hate Mayweather but he could have ended Conor's life at any moment if he wanted. It wasn't a real fight.

He made Conor looka like Mickey Rourke. Oh I suppose those were real ko's too? Bwaaaahaaaahaaaaa!!!!!!

McGregor is just a mad dog that needs to be put down. Whether he is raping women, attacking pensioners who don't want his whiskey, or making gun signs from his butt to a fighter who's beaten him, the guy is totally mental.

I sincerely believes he needs a visit from Mike Tyson. As we all know about the trajectory of Tyson's career, I see Conor going in that same destructive direction. He's gonna hurt himself or someone else soon enough.

I personally think he got what he deserved via karma with his broken ankle. And then he called the opponents wife "a hoe". I mean grow up bro.
