I'm not sure what SIL is, but as far as him needing the work... yes he has job but he went from making $32 hr and working 45 to 50 hrs a week to making $10 an hr at 90+ a week. So we r making it money wise but he need something a little less demanding on his body and insurance and retirement would be nice.
