Morgantown Annexation

Has the city ever though of annexing the area around Pineview Drive, Valley View & Irwin Streets, the Suncrest Towne Center, Suburban Plaza, Mylan, The Mileground, and Mon General?

So much tax money left on the table. Morgantown has too many voids in its city limits.

Morgantown won't annex because biafore and giulini will spend the money to fight it. The city doesn't have the money to fight the legal battles.

Mon General likely wouldn't pay tax. Mylan has threatened to leave if annexed. Probably not useful.
