I believe Mon General bought land in or near the technology park and WVU Medicine owns almost 30 acres around the Gateway and that is where they intend to build.

Was at the WVU Medical UTC tonight and spotted some tents in the back. Nurse said it was the new drive through Corona virus testing setup. She was unsure when it would actually be operable bit assuming very soon.

Despite COVID going on, the Children’s hospital is going up quickly. There is a very sizable steel structure already completed and as of yesterday when I was in the area, construction activity was very busy.

The last steel beam for the Children’s Hospital is scheduled to be raised Tuesday, June 23. The new hospital is moving along quickly.
