looking to a buy a high rise owner occupied but the condo is non warrantable do to fannie/freddie guidelines

I have 740 plus credit 40-50% down, low dti, plenty of assets in a checking/savings.

any links or suggestions for non occupied condo

-please let me know your income documents needed. I am base + commissions but my commission income is less then 2 years. the DTI will be under 15% (Ive been underwriter so Im familiar with guidelines etc)
