This video is set in Kings Cross (the red light district) in Sydney. It didn't look much different from this when I lived in Sydney in the late early 90s.
If it has , I wouldn't worry about it. Every song worth playing has been done at least 2 or 3 times since the original thread started (maybe more). I've come to think of it as a kind of radio station and we are all the DJs just playing whatever 80s song sounds good next. Here's another one by The Church, this is one of those songs that just shoots me back to my teenage years...
