Are there walkable neighborhoods in Naples? Looking for a 3/2 around 400$. Don't want a pool either.

Thanks in advance

Nope. The one area that’s walkable will cost triple that at best.

Might depend on what you consider walkable . The more eastern GGE neighborhoods and woods are walkable !

I haven't been following Naples real estate but if I had to guess, $400k is not going to get you into the type of area I'm guessing you're talking about (being able to access shops & restaurants within a few blocks of your home and not having to drive everywhere). The good parts of Naples have always been fairly expensive and even more expensive over the last year as FL became the place people of all ages wanted to move to, no longer just retirees. For example, there are a couple sections of Cape Coral (which is generally far cheaper than Naples) where people can actually walk to most everything, but even here I don't think those areas are under $400k any longer.
