Hi all. We currently live in Illinois. We will be relocating next year to the Nashville area for our jobs and are looking for any input on school districts with excellent special education services. Our son has learning disabilities, emotional disabilities and has an IEP. He has always been at a therapeutic day school bc our school district couldn’t meet his complex needs. Are there options like that there? Any districts that are recommended for children with special needs? Would greatly appreciate any feedback or info as we begin to prepare for house hunting. Thanks in advance!

When my friends were researching a possible move here, they thought that Harris – Hillman school would be the best for their son. They ended up staying in Austin but were very impressed with the school.

+1 I have a nephew at Harris Hillman. By far the best in the region for special needs - even better than Williamson County for this type of student.
