I know a number of subdivisions have HOA and they must vary depending on if there is a pool and clubhouse or if there are just lawns done etc. Can anyone give me an idea of how much these fees are typically?
Thanks so much!!
We've looked up houses in concord hunt, princeton hills, lansdowne, taramore...all over!!

it is really going to depend on the amentities. We looked at some subdivisions that barely had dues...just enough to cover the sign at the entrance and others that were very high but it was like having the benefits of a condo with the benefits of a SFH.

The Cloister in Nashville has association fees for $250 a month. Going up 15% in July 2014, July 2015 and July 2016 and most of the homes yards still looks like a housing project!!! Be wary of condos and their fees. You are helpless!

Willowmet is $50 a month. Our amenities are virtually non-existent. We have a tiny little kids park but then we have Owl Creek park directly across Concord Rd. Our park compared to Owl Creek Park would be like somebody setting up one of those parking lot carnivals across the street from Disneyland.

We do have a lot of nice landscaping that need to be maintained. Having said that, I would gladly pay a few hundred more per year if we had a community pool.

Speaking of amenities - how many of these areas have tennis courts or are tennis courts not the fashionable addition?
