LOL The only thing worse than living in the northern part of the South, would be to live in the actual South!

When I visited Western North Carolina recently where there are mostly mountains, seems like there were far fewer bugs even though NC is typically considered part of the South.

I saw them for the first time in Lake Tahoe. I only heard of them this year and was really surprised when I saw them a few weeks later.
