Hi,

My EB or Extended Benefits will be hitting the 20th week mark in 4 weeks. Are there any other benefits that will follow EB? I don't see a clear answer on the nj.gov website. If anyone knows or has experience in this area please let me know. I really appreciate it!

Thanks!

Just to be clear: You've been out of work and collecting benefits for almost 2 years now, right?

If that's the case, no. Once you hit 99 weeks, you're done.

You may be confused, because the other tier is the EUC Tier 1, which is also 20 weeks. (Original 26 week claim + 20 weeks Tier 1)

If you're at Tier 1, you go up to Tier 2 next, which is 14 weeks.
