It was something about this kid with special needs or needs medication, and he went missing. Said street and number of where this kid was last seen at. At the end it said to call the police department and gave the number. It came in as "Emergency Com" and 1-866-419-5000.

Something of this effect.

Just got the call tonight a short time ago.

Anyone know if this was scam? Or if it was real?

If you search on that number many people report its an emergency code red reverse 911 type number that calls out local announcements like that.
