NJTransit Bound Brook you should have no problem getting a seat on the train. PATH trains will be crowded, but you'll always fit getting on at Newark Penn. You just might not get a seat. It's the first stop. On the way home, it will be tougher, as Exchange Place is the first stop after WTC and not many people get off the train. But it should be do-able. It also depends on the hours you are working. Be prepared for a 70-80 minute commute each day though.
