I've gone to events at The Captain's Inn, and the food was good, but I've never dined at the actual restaurant part. However, it's almost always busy, so I'm guessing it's good.

IL Giardino Sul Mare is real good Italian food on a canal.

Also have to give props to FR German Butcher.

We were at the Captain's Inn for dinner in May for our daughter's birthday. There were 8 of us. Everything was delicious, service excellent, prices moderate. Reservations are a must.

We have gone to Il Giardino for over 25 yrs., food is delicious.

I've been trying to take the jetski to The Captain's Inn tiki bar all summer but we never make it past MJ's. lol

I haven't been to the inn in years, but everyone in the area still raves about it.
