I have learned more and more recently about the differences between South Jersey and North Jersey. It is interesting to me to see how they are almost like two different states. Differences include the cuisine, major cities that they are affiliated with, sports teams people cheer for, etc..

Is the Jersey Shore experience basically the same everywhere? I thought somewhere I read that the Northern beaches were more wild than the Southern ones?
