Restaurants or points of interest near The Meadowlands (Rutherford: mall, places to eat)

Hi all. Dropping my daughter off at The Meadowlands for a K-Pop concert tomorrow night and need to wait the three hours until the concert is over! I am looking for a great restaurant or something interesting to do. We have three hours so a 30 min drive to a neighboring area is AOK!

The town of Rutherford had some nice places to eat the last time I was there about a decade ago. There was the Park and Orchard, and Village Gourmet. Not sure if those two are still around.
