This is the any topic thread. You can say whatever on it (or what ever you feel comfortable saying). I personally had a doctors appointment today that went rather well despite the fact that the couldn't find out what was wrong with my ears.

I would also like to know if there are any good recipices for short bread. I don't seem to have anygood one's around!

Although this is a good idea, it's still the NJ thread. So mention the town in NJ where you appointment was.

The weather in northern NJ was really nice today. It was a little muggy, but not that much. I went to Staple's today (in Saddle Brook ).

What a shame. I'm sure it will be open again soon. Since this is the OT thread I will add, a tad bit pointlessly, that I was at the Stanhope House when I heard Princess Diana had died.

I walked in the door from work and I said "I smell corn and cornbread cooking" then I went to change and went to the kitchen and sure enough my mom had corn boiling on the stove and cornbread in the oven!! We had kilt lettuce beans and cornbread for dinner...
