Murphy is term limited out after this term as governor, so he's gone after 2025. If his missus did win 2024 election there would be a slight overlap in 2025 when new senator take office, but again Murphy would be entering lame duck status.

Another person running who sees political office as an opportunity to enrich themselves.
Boring. Predictable.

CLOSING THE WEALTH GAP~

Thought there was a concern about the wealth gap?????

So the people who protested wall st, grumble about equity and the legislators controlled by big business, toss all that away in Nj to bring in another Goldman sachs elitist?

Can;t take these socialists seriously. Switch positions like changing underwear.

So the downtrodden NJ sheep want some uber rich elitist to control their state. Proof, NJ voters are unqualified to vote.

You're right, zero grounding for morals which can switch with wind.

NJ is a lost cause. The only thing to do is leave.

*Update*

Fix is in!

https://gothamist.com/news/tammy-mur...-bosses-say-so

Elite and establishment democrats in NJ and DNC are fixing things up so Tammy Sweeny wins the primary. After that unless NJ reverses decades of precedent Mrs. Sweeny would win general election and become senator.

This assumes Mendez either doesn't win primary and or even enters race.

I think Tammy is a silly name for a grown-ass woman. Sounds like a 1960s beach movie character.
