Of course there are a lot of projects in Ithaca and elsewhere which are certainly out of the affordable range. A recent video touting the the newest downtown residential building:
Well, this was a surprise. For months there had been rumors of a major development in my old neighborhood. There hadn't been any thing solid just mostly guessing. Now it looks like a major project may well be in the future for the city. Here's an article from the Ithaca Voice about one of the bigger local developers:
