Just to keep my word and like the other ethnic threads that offer information about those communities in Upstate NY, I will provide such information about Asian communities(South, SE and East) as well.

To start it off, places like Ithaca, Vestal, Brighton, Gang Mills and Menands are around or above 10% Asian. More urban communities are on Syracuse's North(mainly due to refugee resettlement) and East(colleges/universities) Sides, Buffalo's West Side(refugee resettlement) and Rochester's SE Quadrant(proximity to colleges/med school), among others.
