I agree. Johnson City looks like a nice little place.
Yeah, it has a lot of potential, as it was a company town(Endicott-Johnson Shoes. Hence, the villages of Endicott & Johnson City). It still has its share of stable to very nice neighborhoods north of I-86/Route 17 and south of its Downtown from around Floral down to Riverside Drive. So, if it can get the Main Street area developed, it could see some growth again.
